Abstract submission
Presentation Formats
The symposium programme will consist of invited plenary talks, and sessions for oral presentations and posters. Oral and poster contributions will have equal scientific status, and posters will have a truly vital role in fostering discussions among participants.
Abstract Submission Deadline
Method of Submission
All abstracts (one page) in .pdf format must be submitted only via the online form that becomes accessible after you have created a new user account with your e-mail address and password. Please find a template HERE with instructions on how to prepare the abstracts.
Authors will be notified about the successful submission of their abstract by e-mail immediately. In case you have not received confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and in case of no confirmation e-mail, please contact: This email address is being protected from spambots. At any time in the process you can click the "Save As Draft" button to save your incomplete submission and return to it at a later time until the submission deadline. Once all required sections have been completed, you can submit your abstract in the Submit section of this page.
Important; once you submit your Paper you can no longer edit or delete it.
All correspondence concerning the abstract will be sent to submitting author’s e-mail address.
Abstract Submission Instructions
- Abstracts can be submitted on topics listed above.
- Abstracts have to be written in English.
- Submitted abstracts must be original. Abstracts previously published or presented at an international scientific meeting cannot be submitted.
- Fill in the submitting author's name and e-mail address properly - these contact details will serve for further correspondence with the author(s).
Abstract Layout
- The length of your abstract text must be 750 words or less. DO NOT include the abstract title and author name(s) in your abstract text.
- Title: Make the title of the abstract brief, clearly indicating the nature of the investigation. Use a capital letter for the first letter in the title only (DO NOT capitalize each word).
- Names of the authors: Submit the full given name(s) and the family name. Do not include degrees or professional titles.
- The structure of abstracts is free, but otherwise they should fulfil all abstract instructions.
- No references could be included.

Poster guidelines

Instructions for Poster Preparation
- Posters must be brought to the Conference by the presenting author and should not be mailed in advance.
- You are responsible for setup and take-down of your posters before and after the session.
- The required dimensions are shown in the bellow guideline.
- Poster guideline.pdf (TBA)
- At the top of poster, please provide the title of the paper, names of the authors and their affiliations, all in bold lettering of about 2.5 to 3 cm size. Artwork and lettering should be large and clear enough so that the poster is readable from a distance of 1.5 m.
- Be at your poster during the poster session.
